Actual Window Decorations 2.0 is a program for users who don´t like the preset look of the Windows operating system. It adds new buttons with extra functions to the header bar, and also lets you make them transparent, and the user can choose the transparency level of each window.



It lets you leave a window fixed in the foreground or minimized to the system tray (and not to the toolbar like before). If you prefer to let it roll up (like a blind) in place of minimizing, you can separately configure each window to do this.
